Located along Gasoline Alley in a 2,400 square foot Victorian style building situated between Glenn’s Family Restaurant and the Donut Mill, Cindy’s Gifts & Fashion Accessories Boutique has long been known for its excellent selection of over 150 varieties of loose tea and over 400 teapots, fine china pots, decorative pots, animal motifs, floral, seasonal and miniature tea sets.
However, with a surprising array of fine china and porcelain, the store is much more than simply a tea emporium. Two of the featured lines at Cindy’s are the World Renowned Franz Porcelain line and Lomonosov Russian Imperial Handpainted China dinnerware. Franz Porcelain debuted in 2002 as the brainchild of Francis Chen, an artist and businessman who saw it as a way to revive the Chinese porcelain art. Inspired by a love of nature, Franz Porcelain combines delicate butterflies, fragile flowers, whimsical animals, and other motifs that successfully and uniquely combine traditional Chinese character with classic Art Nouveau designs. Each creation is a true work of art and is sure to be treasured as a purchase or a gift. Lomonosov Russian Imperial Hand Painted China Dinnerware dates back to the founding of The Lomonosov (Imperial) Porcelain Factory in Saint-Petersburg in 1744. Each distinctive piece is still hand painted and finished in 24 karat gold. Cindy’s also carries a diverse selection of collectible porcelain and china figurines as well as a selection of collectibles from the Bradford Exchange.
Newly expanded and featured at the store is the women’s fashions and accessories collection including unique reversible fabric jackets from Trimdin, a full line of Lug Travel Bags and Accessories and a large selection of jewelry items from Glacier Pearle, Jewel of Nature, and Light Dancers.
