We prepared this family favourite just like mom using the freshest ingredients and the finest cuts. Mohave's newest edition to our signature dishes, a full rack of delicious, mouth watering, pork ribs. This rib rack is generously seasoned with our "in house made" dry rub, and slow smoked for hours. Then off to the grill for a coating with our BBQ sauce, with vegetables and your choice of side.
You don't even need a knife for the hearty, delightful dish, a slow smoked beef brisket, with a healthy layer of our dry rub it slow smokes, with periodic glazing with a sauce mop. Brisket is then plated and topped with a separate glaze and finished with vegetables and your choice of side. Absolutely exquisite!
