Why where you contacting myself in the first place? Unacceptable. And you did a shit job. I had to go adjust all the soft door closer after you left; as you left them so that doors still slammed.
Walter was out very quickly and got our problem sorted in less than 5 minutes! Great service. Great, friendly guy, Great price! Thank You Walter we will be calling you when we decide to change our home locks to a different style.
Friday night.... I ran to the store real quick. Got home at about 10:00pm. I just had my house rekeyed last week! ~Assuming that my key worked on both locks.... ( I purchased a "smartkey" knob and dealbolt set....and a extra set of keys so I'd have enough spares.) I had a friend do the install. So all was right in my world.... Not. I get home, the deadbolt unlocks! ...However, the doorknob does not. F**k! ....you know that feeling right!? My poor chihuahua is outside with me -shivering. I start the google-machine... No one was open, those who were, wouldn't answer the phone. My landlord doesn't even have a key yet. I have no way in! Somehow I found 'Accessible Lock & Key.' ~ they didn't come up in my Google search. But I called, fingers crossed they answer the phone! He was at my house in approx 25 minutes. But I bought the "smartkey" set, aka... stupid key. Great. It can't be picked. He tried this and that, that and this..... nothing was going to unlock that knob. Not necessarily happy with the outcome, as he had to drill the lock...but all of a sudden, I saw the light! My door was open!!! It is what it is. I'll never buy any "smartkey" product again. But he got my dog and I back into the house and that is what matters. He didn't charge me extra for the hassle. I thought he needed proof it was my house, but he noticed my neighbors knew me and I had the key! (Even though it only worked for the deadbolt.) It's Friday night. I'm astonished at 24 hour companies that didn't answer their phones!! But Walter did, and he was there quicker than I anticipated.
Thank you Walter, and Accessible Lock and Key. You saved the day (or night! Lol) My dog is warm now and the cat is happy to see us!! **I hope I don't have to call you again, but I certainly will if I need to!!**
I can not find the words to thank You fir the Blessing you truly were for my Family today. I called from out of the country to have Walter help my Brother get his car up and running with a new key in the dead of winter .. -32 wow .. Prompt. Kind and knows what he is doing ! Don’t call call anyone else !
I needed a new key for my car, it was my first time calling this company and I am beyond impressed. Walter has an amazing personality, and he’s very professional. Incredible service we received today! I made a call yesterday late after to have the locks changed on our building ASAP. They were able to come out within a matter of hours. I even forgot our emergency exit door that needed to be done as well. He left and then I remembered! I called and they came back and got it changed too at no additional cost on the original invoice. Will definitely be keeping their number for future calls!
I would give a no star rating, called this guy and made an appointment for the AM and dose a no show, call the guy and tells me he never set anything up then dismisses it. Disappointed there. Guess he didn't want my money, so he's not worth the time I guess.
I'm sorry for not getting there sooner .the call was set for am you called me at 10.00 and I said I was just finishing a job and I was on my way. A woman called me was upset and canceled.
Unbelievable service! It was 30 below and we were outside trying to boost 2 of our cars! In the meantime going in and out of the house to warm up, our door decided to jam up so here we were locked outside of our home at 3:00 in the morning. We called accessible lock and key and they were there within half an hour. I cannot express how happy I am to be inside my home lol the service was unreal and he was so friendly and explained everything so well and was not even put off at all by having to come to our house at 3:00 in the morning! I will recommend accessible lock and key to anyone and everyone! Thank you for the amazing service and even a personality to boot! That doesn't always happen! You have to check these guys out!

Service was very quick and efficient. Our dog locked us out of the house, and they arrived in 20 minutes. Friendly, reliable, and kept us from freezing outside. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a locksmith!
I am glad to have met these wonderful people. they have proven to be trustworthy and integral. Personally I have had work done on my home and could not be happier, recently I had someone kick in my garage door and take a bunch of stuff. I called Walter from accessible lock and key, he was there the same day, after hours I admit and stayed until almost 11Pm securing not only my garage but home giving me the peace of mind to go to bed and sleep peacefully.
