Your mother was right. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So why not get it right? Try our Slow-cooked, Steelcut Oatmeal... you heard us. This is NOT INSTANT oatmeal. It's the real thing. And now you can customize your oatmeal, no matter your mood. Toppings include fruits, nuts, and some sweet bits!

Our other equally wholesome and hot breakfasts include our Original Breakfast Panini with fresh eggs, cheddar cheese, optional bacon and a tomato slice grilled to perfection, our Vegetarian Breakfast Panini with grilled veggies, and Southwest Breakfast Bake - a scramble of eggs, spinach, potatoes, and pico de gallo.

A fresh take on panini! We combine classic favourites with uncommon touches, then grill your panini to perfection when you order! Our panini include The Albertan, The TBA - Turkey, Bacon and Avocado, Ultimate Grilled Cheese, Mediterranean Grilled Vegetable, Tuscan Tunawich, and You Devil! Egg Salad, all prepared fresh on a variety of fresh breads.

Salads

Selections vary daily, but typically include Fresh Fruit Salad and delicious seasonal specialties like our Spinach Chop Salad, Tuscan Tuna Salad, and Italian Bread Salad.

Soups

Selections vary daily and seasonally, but typically include two soups, like our comforting Prairie Chowder, Minestrone, and Tomato Pesto. All of our soups are transfat-free.
