Every year at the Canada Day Celebration, we feature food from a variety of Central Alberta's many cultural organizations! There are so many delicious foods on the menu, we just had to share a couple from each booth. ACFA- maple pudding cake. Red Deer Afghan Canadian Association- shami kabobs, chicken kabobs. Red Deer and District Chinese Community Society- spring rolls, dumplings. German Canadian Club- bratwurst, strudel. Central Alberta Cameroonian Community- chicken legs, plantain. International Women of Purpose- jollof rice, chin-chin. Philippine Canadian Association of Red Deer and District- rancit, chicken adobo. Metis Association of Alberta- bannock burgers, cinnamon sugar bites. RDCHS- pie, ice cream.
